  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, password, and transaction PIN code.
  • Ensuring that your registered devices are secure and free of malware.
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any breach of security.

2. Transaction Security & PIN Verification

Every financial transfer, card setup, and loan application requires validation using your 6-digit transaction PIN code. BlackRock Capital will never ask for your PIN via phone, email, or message. Do not share your PIN under any circumstances.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Money Laundering

You agree not to use our digital banking services for:

  • Any activity that violates national or international laws (e.g., money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing).
  • Attempting to bypass security systems, exploit software bugs, or deploy automated scrapers.
  • Falsifying documentation during identity verification checks.

4. Limitation of Liability

BlackRock Capital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to access the platform, delayed transactions due to external network congestion, or unauthorized transfers arising from client-side credentials exposure.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
